Business Analyst, Fan-Based Marketing
Live Nation Entertainment
• Be an expert in our fan data, helping to identify and fill data gaps, using internal resources and outside vendors • Create and maintain live analytics reports and dashboards to provide insight into the performance of campaigns to stakeholders • Conduct in-depth marketing analysis efforts to provide insight into new business opportunities; present findings and make recommendations to stakeholders • Support data-related problem-solving and product development efforts by the Fan-Based Marketing team • Model and size audiences relevant to support campaign objectives • Collaborate with division Business Analysts, Data Services and other functional teams as needed to understand the impact of analysis across multiple areas of the business
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregation, and nested queries
- Strong statistical knowledge, with experience in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with data visualization and presentation of analysis and findings
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals to internal stakeholders
- MS Excel proficiency, including lookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
- Proactive and intellectually curious
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and familiarize oneself with new software and technologies
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate findings to a wide audience.
