Senior Content Operations Manager – Market & Financial Content

• Own end-to-end content operations for market-related content,and leverage all related content to enhance user's experience and promo user conversion. • Monitor financial markets and crypto trends in real time; translate market movements into timely, accurate, and engaging content • Drive content projects across stakeholders (Academy, square, news) from brief to launch — keeping timelines tight and quality high • Build and maintain a content feedback loop using data: track engagement metrics, synthesize insights, and iterate fast • Apply AI tools effectively to scale content output — from ideation and drafting to localization and personalization • Collaborate with PM and engineering teams to define content-related product features and improvements • Develop content strategies aligned with user lifecycle stages — onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of content operations experience, with a strong background in financial/investment platforms (e.g., 大智慧, 雪球, 小红书金融, Futu/富途, or similar)
  • Genuine market sensitivity — you follow macro trends, understand trading behavior, and can speak the language of investors
  • Proven project management skills: you've driven cross-functional projects, managed multiple stakeholders, and know how to write a clean retrospective
  • Strong user operations instincts: you think about user segmentation, lifecycle moments, and how content drives behavior
  • Data fluency: comfortable pulling and interpreting data;
  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage;
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate content workflows and quality
