Role Description The Executive Assistant supports the CEO with administrative, operational, and project coordination tasks, including: - Managing calendars - Scheduling and preparing for meetings - Coordinating travel - Managing communications - Assisting with special projects as needed This role serves as a key support partner to the CEO and interacts regularly with employees, clients, vendors, and community partners while maintaining a high level of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality.
