• Foster a strong safety culture by prioritizing safety risks and enhancing team awareness. • Oversee team management and prioritize ER and forced outage impacts. • Ensure the delivery of standard work outputs (ER, RCA, and technical communications) by mentoring engineers supporting accessory systems. • Remove barriers to team success by developing and leveraging a strong internal network and driving process improvements. • Assist and mentor team members in achieving personal development goals. • Identify trending issues, develop countermeasures to protect the customer fleet, and communicate these to the relevant audience (TILs, PSxBs, ETCs, OnTheGo alerts, etc.). • Collaborate with Design Engineering, Chief Engineering Office, Product Safety Engineering, Product Management, Regional Customer Engineering Centers, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Vendors, and Customers to provide timely technical resolutions.

Design and develop banking applications using various technologies, support core banking implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business requirements while troubleshooting complex issues.

• Supporting the Systems Engineering team in the development, testing and maintenance of internal applications and services. • Collaborating with project managers, business units and the Systems Engineering team to deliver new features, improvements, troubleshooting and debugging of issues. • Writing clean, maintainable, test-driven and well-documented code following team standards and best practices. • Contribute to testing, documentation and challenging development processes for continuous development. • Provide technical support for systems within the Systems Engineering remit.

• Develop and maintain robust software applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Nest.js, and React • Implement new functionality from scratch, such as role-based access control services, API integrations, and endpoint development, under the guidance of Senior Developers • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new features • Work in an AI-augmented development environment, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot • Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team collaboration practices • Follow Agile/SCRUM methodologies and actively participate in ceremonies
