Federal Sales Executive – Architecture, Engineering & Construction

MOCA Systems, Inc.

• Lead client relationship management, market analysis, sales strategy development, and competitive positioning within the federal community, including industry partners. • Develop and execute strategic account plans that achieve annual targets and drive year-over-year growth of the federal program. • Help manage programs, define expansion strategies, and drive revenue growth. • Coordinate client service engagement, identify new opportunities, and collaborate across MSI to win task orders and new contracts. • Collaborate with MSI team members to develop, maintain, or enhance business development planning and related activities including the necessary preparations for pre-positioning, proposal development, and project interviews. • Co-manage opportunity tracking within the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or other related discipline that aligns with MOCA System’s Business Lines
  • Ten (10) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Professional experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experienced with negotiations
  • CRM (Salesforce) experience is required
  • Experience leading federal proposals (SF330, RFP/RFQ)
  • Professional experience with consultative selling approaches.
  • Due to the nature of the role, US citizenship is required.

Job Description NextGear, a Cox Automotive brand, is currently hiring a Senior Field Sales Representative / Senior Client Solutions Executive to support Northern New Jersey. Candidates must reside within this territory. The Senior Client Solutions Executive (SE) is a full-time outside sales position. The position requires a structured approach to developing new business in a defined territory. The SE will be responsible for achieving target volumes in new applications, activations, monthly new business revenue for NextGear Capital (Cox Automotive), and the company's ancillary products and services. The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining relationships with auction general managers to maximize NextGear's business opportunities within assigned auto auctions. The SE will work closely with NextGear Capital's Portfolio Managers in their assigned territory to exceed budgeted goals.
