**What You’ll Do** You’ll help own the content creation process from idea to publication. This includes: - Researching trends before they become trends - Identifying viral content opportunities - Creating short-form videos - Editing clips for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube - Writing hooks, captions, and post concepts - Building content systems and workflows - Testing new content formats - Analyzing what works and what doesn’t - Helping grow a media brand from the ground floor
