Business System Adoption Specialist

• Work with GDO, R&D and cross-functional stakeholders to collect develop and deploy effective support materials for systems in DSDS ownership • Work with the Business System Owner (BSO) for the system portfolio to identify and understand the system capabilities to create easy to understand user facing materials • Support clinical systems BSO and change management functions by contributing to process development, training, and change management. • Develop user facing materials for the system(s) in alignment with GDO/R&D business and strategic priorities • Support the Business System Owner in the development of the overall clinical system user adoption from material development, change management, and communications • Partner with the Product Manager(s) for the clinical systems to ensure understanding of forthcoming system capabilities • Collaborate with system owners and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and accurately. • Actively represent the end user’s experience to the BSO to inform any system challenges preventing successful adoption • Responsible to supporting the education and awareness of available support resources for the end users
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent preferred, advanced degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, change management
- 3+ years of experience in the life sciences preferred, with experience in clinical trial management/operations preferred
- Experience with EDC, clinical trial operational systems, regulatory reporting or vendor management system a plus
- Experience in training, teaching, presenting with strong communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment and navigating complex issues/situations with vendors to achieve business results
- Ability to navigate complex challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with communication and presentation to cross-functional audiences
- Demonstrated experience of providing successful engagement strategies with end-users to ensure strong adoption, and utilization of capabilities.

Role Description This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. Reporting into the Chief Strategy, Platforms & Transformation Officer, this role is accountable for leading the enterprise capability engine for US Commercial by building scalable capability systems that make transformation and AI adoption possible. The Head of New Capabilities & Adoption is responsible for building and scaling the enterprise capabilities that enable the US Commercial organization to successfully adopt AI, platforms and transformation initiatives at speed and at scale. This role serves as the primary architect of US wide capability building and adoption infrastructure, ensuring that teams across the enterprise are equipped with the tools, skills, and environments needed to translate AI & transformation into sustained business impact.
