Healthcare Recovery Operations Manager
ALTUS Receivables Management
• Monitor daily workflow and inventory movement. • Assist with workload distribution and resource allocation. • Track operational productivity and performance metrics. • Identify workflow bottlenecks and escalate concerns. • Support implementation of operational procedures and best practices. • Provide coaching and support to collectors and supervisors. • Assist with onboarding and training activities. • Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures. • Support performance management and employee development initiatives. • Promote accountability and teamwork. • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPI performance. • Prepare operational reports and productivity summaries. • Assist leadership with performance tracking and trend analysis. • Coordinate follow-up on action items and operational initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. • Assist with documentation of procedures and training materials. • Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives. • Participate in cross-training and business continuity efforts.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years management or supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Healthcare, collections, insurance, or revenue cycle experience preferred.

Role Description GRID Alternatives’ SolarCorps Fellowship Program is an opportunity for highly motivated and enthusiastic community members to join GRID Alternatives for an 11-month paid service term. In this position, you’ll gain valuable experience in the renewable energy and non-profit industries while making significant contributions to communities most impacted by environmental and economic injustice! The SolarCorps Service Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Fellow will work directly with the O&M Service Manager to ensure the long-term health and performance of our clients' solar systems. This position offers a comprehensive introduction to solar asset management, focusing on: - Remote system monitoring - Technical triage - Operational coordination While the role is primarily remote and centered on managing system data and service cases from a digital workspace, there may be occasional opportunities to participate in solar installations and site visits. - Provide direct client support via phone and email regarding client’s questions, perform remote troubleshooting, and dispatch to service staff. - Work closely with GRID regional staff and partners to facilitate service case completion. - Update service case information. - Identify opportunities to make improvements to service processes. - Contribute to internal documentation. - Develop client-facing education materials. Qualifications - Must be 18 years or older. - 11-month commitment. - Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle a variety of client situations with enthusiasm, care, and tact. - Ability to learn and retain new concepts and technology quickly. - Comfortable being part of a remote team. - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills. - Proficient computer skills, Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office. - Interest in and enthusiasm for renewable energy, community development, green jobs, and/or helping families and communities in need. - When working remotely, you must have access to a reliable internet connection. GRID will provide a laptop, charger, headset when remote working is required. Requirements - Fluency in Spanish (preferred). - Knowledge of electricity principles and solar technology (preferred). - Experience with basic statistical analysis and reporting (preferred).
