Role Description Directement placée sous l’autorité du Secrétaire général du Conseil d’État, la direction de l’information et de la communication élabore la stratégie globale de communication du Conseil d’État, des tribunaux administratifs, des cours administratives d’appel, de la Cour nationale du droit d’asile et du Tribunal du stationnement payant, tant en interne qu’en externe. Elle met en œuvre les actions qu’elle propose dans son plan de communication au sein du Conseil d’État et accompagne les autres juridictions administratives dans la réalisation de leurs actions de communication. Membre du pôle valorisation et dialogue, vous êtes directement placé(e) sous l’autorité de la directrice de l’information et de la communication. - Relations avec la presse: - Proposer et mettre en œuvre les actions pour renforcer les liens entre les médias et le Conseil d’État sur les enjeux clés de l’institution et les thématiques hors contentieux; - Accompagner les médias dans leur compréhension de l’institution, de sa raison d’être, de ses missions et de ses productions; - Organiser la présence des médias lors des événements institutionnels (Rentrée du Conseil d’État, vœux à la presse, conférences de presse, colloques, etc.); - Préparer et accompagner les prises de parole de l’institution dans les médias; - Rédiger les communiqués de presse, dossiers de presse et éléments de contenus pour assurer une bonne compréhension de nos sujets par le plus grand nombre; - Assurer la diffusion des contenus produits sur internet, les réseaux sociaux ou intranet. - Relations institutionnelles: - Proposer et mettre en œuvre le dispositif de dialogue avec le monde institutionnel et les parties prenantes de la justice administrative; - Piloter et mettre en œuvre la politique de communication envers les publics « jeunes ». - Événements: - Piloter les événements de la direction de la communication : journées du patrimoine, nuit du droit, séances fictives etc; - Accompagner les sections du Conseil d’Etat dans le contenu et la valorisation de leurs événements. - Crises médiatiques: - Contribuer à la détection et au signalement des signaux faibles et des sujets pouvant faire l’objet d’une crise médiatique; - Contribuer à la gestion de la communication de crise en lien avec le responsable presse, veille et crise, la directrice de l’information et de la communication et son adjoint. - Missions en lien avec l’équipe communication: - Assure un binôme avec le responsable presse, veille et crise, pour la réception des demandes des journalistes; - Assure son intérim pour la communication contentieuse, la veille et la gestion des crises. Qualifications - Bac + 5 en communication - Expérience d'au moins 10 années dans les relations presse et la communication institutionnelle dans une institution publique Requirements - Bonne connaissance du Conseil d’Etat et de la juridiction administrative - Maitrise du fonctionnement des institutions publiques, des médias, et des réseaux sociaux - Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles journalistiques et de vulgarisation de sujets complexes (juridique, scientifique ou technique) - Usage expert des réseaux sociaux, outils de veille, et CMS - Excellentes qualités relationnelles, esprit d’équipe, esprit de synthèse et d’analyse - Curiosité et intérêt pour l’actualité, la matière juridique, les institutions publiques Benefits - Une grande disponibilité est demandée au titulaire, pouvant être requise exceptionnellement en dehors des horaires de travail Company Description Localisation : 75001 Paris, France - Documents à transmettre: CV et lettre de motivation obligatoires pour postuler
