Job Description

Shopify UX/UI Designer for Storefront & CRO for Anime Jewelry Brand

Kraymer Art

Role Description We are hiring a UX/UI Designer with a strong Shopify and conversion rate optimization background to redesign and improve the storefront experience for our growing Australia-based anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand. This is a design-first role. We are not looking for someone who codes themes. We are looking for someone who knows what a high-converting Shopify store looks like, can identify what is broken or underperforming on ours, and can deliver design solutions that look good and move the needle. Our Shopify store needs foundational UX and UI improvements before advanced optimization can happen. Think collections page structure, product page layout, mobile experience, and visual hierarchy. We need someone who leads with samples and strategic thinking, not just execution. You will work alongside our development team to bring designs to life, but the design decisions and CRO strategy are yours to own. To help us identify thoughtful applicants, please write the word "seesaw" in your response to the first screening question on the application page. What You'll Do - Audit the existing Shopify storefront and identify high-impact UX and UI issues across desktop and mobile. - Design improved page layouts for collections, product pages, landing pages, and key conversion points. - Deliver Figma or Adobe XD files that are implementation-ready for a Shopify developer. - Propose and prioritize CRO improvements based on UX best practices and e-commerce data. - Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on time. - Identify opportunities to improve product discovery, add-to-cart flow, navigation, and checkout experience within Shopify's constraints. - Create design systems or component libraries to support consistency across the store. - Review implemented pages and provide feedback to ensure design intent is preserved. - Stay current on Shopify storefront trends, CRO techniques, and e-commerce UX patterns. Qualifications - Portfolio of Shopify storefront design work. We will evaluate samples before anything else. - Strong UX and UI design skills with a clear understanding of how design decisions affect conversion. - Experience designing for e-commerce, including collections pages, product detail pages, and landing pages. - Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD, with the ability to deliver developer-ready files. - Solid understanding of mobile-first design and responsive layouts. - Working knowledge of Shopify's design constraints, including what is and is not customizable within standard and Plus plans. - Ability to give clear design rationale. We want to understand why you made the choices you made. - Strong communication and ability to work asynchronously with a remote team. Requirements - Experience with CRO tools or A/B testing platforms like Intelligems, Replo, or similar. - Familiarity with Shopify Online Store 2.0 and how its structure affects design decisions. - Experience working with page builders like Replo or PageFly. - Background in fashion, jewelry, accessories, anime, or lifestyle brands. - Experience collaborating directly with Shopify developers on implementation. - Interest in anime, gaming, or fandom-based products. Benefits - Fully remote work. - Pay raises and bonuses for strong performance. - Australia-based company with PH-friendly hours. No graveyard shifts. - Long-term role with full-time potential. - Work with a brand in a genuinely fun niche with a strong and loyal audience. - Role-specific opportunity: Own the visual and UX direction of a Shopify store that is actively growing, with real latitude to improve the experience from the ground up. How to Apply Apply with your portfolio or samples of Shopify storefront work. Show us a store you improved and what changed as a result. We prioritize design samples over interview performance for this role.

We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. But what makes Eve different isn't just the product. It's how we build it. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and wants to build AI that's already changing how law is practiced, this is where you belong. Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast. Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed. Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up. AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work. Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter. About the RoleEve’s brand is growing as fast as the company, and we’re expanding our creative team to keep pace. As our Senior Brand Designer, you’ll shape how Eve shows up everywhere our audience meets us; across digital campaigns, our website, product moments, and the events where we win the room. You’ll report to our Creative Director and own work end to end, from the first moodboard to the final pixel. We’re looking for a designer who moves fluidly between disciplines; someone equally at home designing a landing page, a conference booth, and a launch campaign. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and growth to make sure every touchpoint feels unmistakably Eve: clear, human, and built for the attorneys we serve. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role for someone who loves craft and wants their work seen by a fast-growing audience of plaintiff firms. What You'll Do - Digital and campaign design. Concept and design across digital channels, from product launches and paid campaigns to social, email, and sales enablement, with a consistent and confident point of view. - Web design. Design and ship pages across eve.legal, from landing pages to full campaigns; own the visual quality of the site and partner with engineering to bring designs to life. - Experiential and events. Bring Eve into the physical world at conferences, booths, and activations, so our in-person presence is as polished as everything we do on screen. - Brand systems. Extend and steward the Eve visual identity; build reusable components, templates, and guidelines in Figma so the brand scales cleanly as the team grows. - Concept to execution. Own projects from initial idea through final delivery; develop moodboards and directions, present your thinking, and carry the work all the way to a finished, high-craft result. - Passion for craft. We value clean layouts, precise typesetting, and good taste. We’re building one of the most recognizable brands in legal AI, and you’ll help define what it looks like. What We're Looking For - Experience. 8+ years of brand or visual design experience, with a portfolio that shows range across digital, web, and experiential work. - Figma fluency (required). Deep, expert-level command of Figma for design, prototyping, and building scalable systems. - Adobe Creative Suite (required). Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite for high-craft design and production. - Design excellence. An exceptional eye for modern, premium design; precise type, considered layout, and an instinct for detail. - Versatility. Comfort moving quickly between high-level brand strategy and the granular craft of a finished asset. - Cross-functional collaboration. A track record of partnering with marketing, product, and engineering to ship work that performs, not just work that looks good. - Communication. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions to leadership and stakeholders. Bonus Points - Motion design or video experience, and the ability to extend the brand into moving formats. - Hands-on experience with web build tools such as Webflow or Framer. - Experience designing for B2B SaaS or fast-scaling startups. - A background designing event or experiential activations and trade-show presence. **Please provide a link to your portfolio along with your resume.** Benefits 💰 Competitive Salary & Equity 💹 401(k) Program with Employer Matching ⚕️ Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 🩼 Short Term and Long Term Disability 🚗 Commuter Benefits* 🧑‍💻 Autonomous Work Environment 🖥️ Workplace Setup Reimbursement 🏠 Telecomm Stipend 🏝 Flexible Time Off (FTO) + Holidays 🚀 Quarterly Team Gatherings 🥪 In office Perks* *In office employees only Eve Legal is an equal opportunity employer.
