Software Architect
RDA
• Design and deliver technical architectures across multiple consulting engagements, including defining solution patterns, creating proofs of concept, and producing architectural artifacts for custom application development, modern node frameworks, DXPs, and Azure cloud environments, with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and risk reduction. • Clearly communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, partnering with business leaders and end users to uncover requirements, challenge assumptions, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring architectures are well understood and implemented in alignment with business and project goals. • Contribute within an Agile Scrum environment, supporting sprint planning, delivery, and CI/CD practices. • Partner with Project Managers on estimation, planning, and overall delivery execution.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years architecting cloud-deployed, enterprise web applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent certifications
- Broad technical expertise across application development, cloud solutions, and microservices, Azure experience
- Strong proficiency in .NET and C#, with experience building modern web applications using React or Next.js
- Helpful experience includes using AI to accelerate development workflows and/or experience designing or building AI-powered solutions; consulting experience with commercial clients; and, familiarity with headless DXP platforms (Sitecore, XM Cloud, Storyblok)
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
