Responsibilities CRM & Sales Operations Manage prospect lead entry and assignment in HubSpot following events, support customer and sales rep lookups, and maintain accurate records to keep the sales pipeline running efficiently. Event & Trade Show Coordination Own end-to-end logistics for trade shows, industry events, and branded activations including booth design and fabrication vendor relationships, staffing and travel assignments, planning timelines, and on-site attendance to ensure smooth execution. Marketing & Merchandise Oversee ordering, printing, and distribution of all marketing collateral and promotional materials. In collaboration with CEA CAPA and the Pam Hendrix Center for Education Abroad, the Clemson Peer Advisor position will: - Complete outreach across campus. - Serve as a resource for students seeking information on approved CEA CAPA education abroad programs. - Support staff with advising and pre-departure efforts where appropriate.
