Manager – Organizational & Leadership Development
Parallel
• Drive organizational effectiveness including org design, workforce planning, and role clarity • Lead and improve the enterprise performance management process • Execute talent reviews, 9-box calibration, and development planning • Support succession planning and bench strength development • Design and facilitate leadership development programs including the creation of a high-potential program • Develop learning tools, playbooks, and materials • Track and report on performance, talent, and leadership metrics • Support Head of HR in monthly business review preparation • Support change initiatives across the organization
Job Requirements
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- 5–8+ years in OD, Talent, L&D, or HRBP roles
- Experience with performance management and talent reviews
- Strong facilitation and program design capability
- Ability to influence and partner with leaders
