Training Specialist
Precision For Medicine
• Support the Learning & Development (L&D) function by maintaining, optimizing, and governing training content hosted on SharePoint. • Partner closely with L&D team members and subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and accessible. • Support platform optimization of SharePoint. • Facilitate training development, coordination, and administrative execution activities for effective onboarding and ongoing role-based learning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience.
- Strong working experience using SharePoint for page development, document management and collaboration.
- 2–4 years of experience in a training, learning operations, or administrative support role, preferably within a regulated or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting learning platforms (e.g., SharePoint, LMS, document repositories).
- Exposure to clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
- Microsoft 365 experience.
- Ability to organize complex content in a structured, user‑friendly manner.
- High attention to detail with strong version control and documentation discipline.
- Ability to follow defined processes, standards, and governance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a cross‑functional team.
- Able to communicate effectively in the English language.
