Role Description The Technical Implementations Analyst (TIA) will be engaged on new client Managed Service Provider (MSP) implementations and is accountable for elements within the process and technology work stream of the project. The TIA is responsible for planning and driving process and technical related activities necessary to reach implementation objectives including the internal coordination of tasks with a project plan and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. What You Will Do - Work closely with the Project Manager, all departments, and customers serving as a facilitator, planner, data analyst, and problem solver as needed. - Work independently and with minimal supervision on multiple implementations of medium to large scale. - Help Magnit develop business strategy and growth with key focus on the following areas: - Cross Functional Interaction with Executive Leadership Team - Provides organizational level guidance and leadership - Approve process and gain acceptance from leadership - Provide organizational level strategy - Conduct strategic company org structure resource and budget planning - Set internal and external partnerships up for success at the executive level Job Functions and Duties - Design, recommend, and configure the overall client technical workflow ensuring business requirements are met. - Develop the detailed technical process flow, business architecture, integration requirements, and decision points for the VMS solution. - Collect, validate, analyze, and prepare client data for configuration and load into the VMS system. - Communicate with the Project Manager, TIM, training team, client services team, and client appointed data contacts. - Own and maintain the VMS configuration workbook throughout an implementation cycle. - Communicate data content findings to the TIM and/or Project Manager. - Configure test environment(s) to support solution sign-off and support test sites for UAT and integration testing. - Perform data quality assurance validation for both uploaded and manually entered data touchpoints. - Review and contribute to meeting agendas and take meeting minutes. - Update project documentation including project plan, RAID log, cutover plan, and business requirements document. - Support the employer of record and supplier onboarding workstreams. - Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Experience implementing, administering, and configuring third party VMS systems including VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline, and IQN. - Experience with managing large data sets. - Web-based technical knowledge and VMS or Staffing Industry experience. - Experience configuring, testing, and solutioning large, complex, multi-country MSP implementations. - Experience managing stakeholders. - Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, and independently organize and prioritize work. - Ability and availability to travel to client sites for face-to-face meetings. - Ability to maintain composure and solve practical problems under stress. - Superior verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. - Expert working knowledge of MS Applications – MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word. Additional Qualifications - Experience with Smartsheet / other project management collaboration tools. - Familiarity with conducting web-based meetings (i.e. MS Team, Google Meet, Zoom). - Deadline and detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task and juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Compensation The salary range is $75,000-$85,000 USD annually. Salary rates are based on experience, skills, and geographical location. Council Communications Analyst Location: Provo United States Job Description: The Provo City Municipal Council is seeking a part-time Communications Analyst to assist the Council Office in communicating Council priorities, actions, and processes in a clear, consistent, and accessible manner. This position supports the Council's communication efforts, helping ensure transparency and public understanding by providing timely, accurate information to the Provo community through a variety of communication channels. Job Details What is the compensation? What are the requirements to apply?
