Role Description The Advisor Specialist is a high-impact growth role focused on supporting and expanding relationships with licensed insurance brokers and benefits advisors. We’re looking for someone who understands the world of employee benefits, group health insurance, and broker sales—and can use that experience to help advisors grow production, close more business, and strengthen client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who has worked as a Life & Health insurance broker, benefits consultant, or advisor support specialist and thrives in a relationship-driven, B2B sales environment. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to advisors by helping them position solutions, navigate sales opportunities, and drive growth in the small and mid-sized employer market. This position can be fully remote for the right candidate. - Build strong relationships with licensed brokers and benefits advisors to drive new business growth - Partner with advisors throughout the sales cycle, including plan positioning, quoting strategy, underwriting discussions, and objection handling - Use your employee benefits expertise to help advisors confidently present group health solutions to employer groups - Coach advisors on differentiators, value positioning, and sales strategies that improve close rates - Analyze advisor production and pipeline activity to identify growth opportunities and improve engagement - Collaborate with advisors on renewal strategies, prospecting efforts, and account retention initiatives - Reinforce consistent sales activity through follow-up, accountability, and pipeline management - Support onboarding and ramp-up of new broker partners with a focus on early production success - Identify trends, objections, and market feedback to help refine sales messaging and advisor enablement strategies Qualifications - 2–5+ years of experience in employee benefits, group health insurance, or broker/advisor sales - Active Life & Health insurance license required - Prior experience working as a broker, benefits consultant, producer, or advisor-facing account manager strongly preferred - Strong understanding of group health plans, underwriting concepts, renewals, and employer benefit strategies - B2B sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers - Experience supporting or selling through brokers/advisors preferred - Strong communication and consultative sales skills with the ability to coach and influence others - Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple advisor relationships simultaneously - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Benefits - Compensation: Base salary of $60,000-$65,000. - 12 paid holidays plus 3 weeks of paid time off to balance work and life. - Comprehensive insurance coverage including health, dental, vision, and accident plans tailored for your well-being. - Discounted membership to Zion HealthShare. - Free membership for you and your dependents to Primestin Care Clinic. - Invest in your future with a 401k plan backed by a solid 4% match from us. - Free snacks and regular lunches available onsite.

Role Description The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for managing the enrollment and credentialing process for newly hired Behavior Analysts and Behavior Technicians company wide or in assigned states based on volume. This team member will also be responsible for re-credentialing as needed and roster updating when required by payers. - Communicate with providers, internal departments and external agencies to gather and verify credentialing information. - Maintain and update all credentialing tracking systems and databases (e.g. CAQH, Lumary). - Complete enrollment and credentialing applications in accordance with payer guidelines and in a timely manner. - Knowledge of, or ability to familiarize with, numerous payers’ enrollment and credentialing processes. - Timely submission of all applications and consistent follow up with all parties involved.
