Role Description We are now looking for a creative, camera-confident content creator to produce video content in both Turkish and English across all of our brands, working fully remotely and directly with the founder. - Be the on-camera face of our brands: present videos in both Turkish and English with confidence and energy - Plan the content calendar, topics and scripts together with the founder - Shoot and edit long-form YouTube videos (guides on company formation, banking and tax for entrepreneurs) - Produce short-form content: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok - Design eye-catching thumbnails and supporting visuals - Manage our YouTube channels end to end: uploads, titles, descriptions, playlists, basic SEO and comment engagement - Prepare and host live webinars for our audiences - Create content for multiple brands, adapting tone and style to each audience - Track video performance and use the data to improve future content Qualifications - Native-level Turkish and genuine comfort in front of the camera (this is the core of the role) - Excellent English: you will research, write, present and edit content in English as well - 2-3+ years of hands-on experience creating and editing video content - Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut - Ability to design thumbnails and visuals (Photoshop, Canva or Figma) - Working knowledge of YouTube: titles, thumbnails, retention and SEO basics - Your own recording setup: camera or high-quality phone, microphone, lighting and reliable internet - Self-managed and reliable: you can run a content pipeline remotely without daily supervision - A portfolio of published work (channels, videos or accounts you created or edited), ideally including English content - Interest in business, finance or entrepreneurship topics is a strong plus Benefits - 100% remote: work from anywhere - Monthly salary of $800 to $1,000 paid in USD, based on experience - Flexible working hours focused on output, not hours logged - Real creative ownership: you shape the content strategy together with the founder - Variety: you will create for multiple brands and two different audiences, so no two weeks look the same - Direct access to the founder, no bureaucracy, fast decisions - Room to grow with the company, as content is our number one growth channel

Role Description Zermount Inc. is looking for a Junior Splunk Developer to assist with maintaining custom Splunk apps and interfaces for our clients. The candidate must be very familiar with the Splunk Enterprise platform, including: - Deployment of the product - Onboarding standard and proprietary data sources - Maintaining a Splunk environment - Installing and configuring Splunk apps and TAs - Building content for users such as reports, dashboards, etc. The ideal candidate will also have experience in or exposure to: - Custom web development - JavaScript - HTML - CSS - XML - JSON - REST APIs - Python Qualifications - Certification(s): Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin. - 1-3 years of demonstrable experience in implementing or maintaining a Splunk environment. - 1 year of demonstrable experience in building Splunk content (e.g. dashboards). - Demonstrable basic familiarity with the Linux operating system and terminal. - Excellent written and verbal communication ability, including presentation and briefing skills. - Ability to quickly learn new concepts and think outside the box to leverage the Splunk platform. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite.
