Sales Executive

• Ensure strong brand representation; conduct commercial meetings to present the company and its products, consistently enhancing the brand; • Ensure achievement of sales targets by prospecting across the territory, understanding the market and solutions, and generating value for the customer; • Manage the territory by developing efficient routes to protect the existing customer base and expand sales; • Maintain interpersonal relationships by understanding different customer profiles and addressing challenges to secure results; • Account management to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction, performing upselling, reversing churn, and directing after-sales activities; • Manage the sales journey by mastering sales techniques to ensure lead engagement and convert sales in the shortest possible time; • Maintain the CRM by updating routine activities, strategic information, and action plans for each account; • Strategic planning, recognizing market seasonality to focus efforts and achieve better results. • Sell products in a way that enables customers to perceive clear value and financial benefit.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Valid driver's license (CNH);
- Availability for business travel;
- Experience in technical B2B sales;
- Experience with telematics or fleet management is a plus.
