Role Description We are seeking an OnCore CTMS Budget & Effort Analyst who will be responsible for independently managing budget build/calendar modification activity for clinical trials in the OnCore Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). This position ensures that sponsored budgets accurately reflect executed agreement terms, institutional standards, and study-specific financial parameters. This process supports proper financial reconciliation across multiple systems. - Build clinical trial budgets, with associated calendar modifications (if needed) in OnCore CTMS, including budget amendments, in accordance with executed agreements, budgets, established guidelines, and institutional procedures. - Create accurate and timely budget/calendar builds, manage study team related queries, and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with institutional SOPs. - Participate in budget analysis and review to confirm financial accuracy and consistency between OnCore budgets, executed agreements, and billing designations. - Troubleshoot and test budget/calendar builds, visit structures, and subject management issues in OnCore CTMS to ensure data accuracy and proper system functionality. - Orient study team and trial invoicing staff on effective use of OnCore Budgets and Calendars upon release for use. - Arrange and conduct hand-off meetings, manage hand-off process and respond in a timely manner to stakeholder concerns and requests for modification or correction. - Collaborate with Clinical Research Support Services coverage analysts, post-award clinical trials invoicing staff, Office of Clinical Trials colleagues, and Research IT staff to ensure data consistency and assist in resolving budget build and effort discrepancies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field. - Three years of related experience in sponsored research and/or financial positions, preferably in an academic or medical setting. - Experience with commercial clinical trials financial and revenue cycle workflows and knowledge of the clinical trials lifecycle. - Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula. • Efficiently manage a high volume of quote requests, balancing speed and accuracy to maintain productivity that meets or exceeds departmental standards. • Collect and review detailed client information, such as employee census data, group information, plan preferences, and coverage requirements. • Generate competitive quotes for employee benefits products, including health, dental, vision, and other ancillary products, within service level, using various quoting engines/platforms. • Customize benefits plans to align with client needs, ensuring appropriate solutions are provided. • Generate quotes for multiple states using carrier quoting platforms, as needed. • Utilize CRM platforms like Salesforce and other internal systems to track and provide visibility into the status of pending items. • Communicate with clients, brokers, and sales representatives to gather necessary information and answer inquiries regarding available benefits plans and pricing. • Provide clear explanations of benefits plan structures, premium costs, and coverage options to ensure understanding. • Assist brokers who have questions while running their own quotes on the Warner Pacific quoting engine. • Work with the sales team, brokers, and account managers to provide support during the proposal process. • Provide team support and desk coverage as needed to ensure smooth operations during absences or high-demand periods. • Perform related responsibilities and additional tasks as needed to support team and business operations.

• An Epic Analyst III works to build and support one or more Epic modules for live and implementing customers. • This individual will work with clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle users to support nephrology practices using the Epic CKD product by performing day-to-day maintenance of the Epic system, enhancement build, and new implementation build. • This person will use their knowledge and experience to solve new problems with technology and should be self-disciplined and able to thrive in a primarily remote environment. • An Epic Analyst III is responsible for solving complex problems from various types of users, in addition to day-to-day and implementation support. • This person will use their experience and knowledge to provide best practice recommendations. • Assist in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, build, testing, and go-live phases of the implementation. • Support users and training team with build fixes and responding to questions about workflow design. • Documenting and migrating build, engaging with third parties to define, build, test, and troubleshoot integrated workflows. • Support Epic upgrades in assessing needs, completing build, testing, and build. • Mentoring and training of other Epic team members.
