Role Description We are looking for a Medical Records Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be the critical link between primary and specialty care practices and our clinical teams, ensuring that the right patient information reaches the right people at the right time. As the Medical Records Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end process of obtaining, organizing, and transferring clinical records from hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers into the Diverge Health Electronic Medical Record (EMR), supporting our patient-facing teams in delivering timely, high-quality care in securing government benefits for our most complex patients. Key areas you'll add value - Obtain provider and practice information through patient interviews and requesting their medical records directly from hospitals, physician practices, and other healthcare providers or locating them directly within the EMR systems of Diverge Health provider network partners. - Experience with organizing complete patient medical histories, including all primary care, specialist, behavioral health, labs, and visit notes from all relevant providers. - Complete assessments, tracking progress and attaching and uploading clinical documentation obtained from the above sources into the Diverge Health EMR, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and accessible for use by Diverge’s teams. - Transcribe and transfer clinical data from provider network partners EMRs into patient records within the Diverge Health’s EMR as necessary. - Follow-up with practices to resolve documentation gaps or outstanding records requests. Qualifications - Experience working in one or more EMR platforms, with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently. - Familiarity with clinical documentation, medical terminology, or healthcare operations. - Experience with, and a willingness to, interact frequently with healthcare administrators and physicians from outside of Diverge Health via telephone, email, and fax channels. - Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM or internal database system. - Strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining accurate, organized records in a fast-paced environment. - Persistence in the face of administrative obstacles to data sharing. - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and knowing how to secure sensitive, protected health information (PHI) appropriately in various environments. Benefits - This is a full-time, non-exempt position. - The expected hourly rate for this role is $26–$29 per hour, commensurate with experience. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Systems Security Engineer with a strong background in enterprise security engineering and cloud security architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and managing security technologies across modern infrastructure, including: - Microsoft 365 security platforms - Identity and access management solutions - Endpoint security - Network security controls This role requires a deep understanding of security monitoring, threat detection, and security best practices across cloud and hybrid environments. The Systems Security Engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure systems and infrastructure to protect organizational assets and maintain a strong cybersecurity posture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Design, deploy, and maintain security monitoring solutions across enterprise environments. - Implement and optimize Microsoft Security tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, and Entra ID Protection. - Manage and enhance SIEM platforms to detect, analyze, and respond to security threats effectively. - Monitor and analyze system and network activity for security incidents, vulnerabilities, and performance issues. - Develop and refine incident response processes, ensuring swift detection and mitigation of security events. - Collaborate with IT and security teams to harden system configurations, enforce security policies, and improve overall security posture. - Conduct security assessments, penetration tests, and risk analyses to identify and mitigate security gaps. - Automate security workflows and incident response procedures using scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Azure Logic Apps). Qualifications - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Security solutions, including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Entra ID Protection. - Expertise in SIEM technologies (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, or similar). - Strong understanding of security monitoring, application monitoring, and network monitoring methodologies. - Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure security principles. - Knowledge of firewall configurations, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint detection & response (EDR), and network security. - Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC. - Knowledge of Infrastructure security implementation and monitoring, DevSecOps principles, and cloud-native security tools. - Familiarity with log aggregation, anomaly detection, and behavioral analytics.
