Senior Account Manager

TerraPower

Role Description The Account Manager is responsible for acting as a liaison for both internal and external customers. - Actively engage in problem resolution for customer orders - Manage assigned customer accounts - Assist with customer contract negotiations - Gather customer order information and input into product ordering systems - Enter and process orders within an internal database for order management - Run reports in Microsoft Excel and analyze for accuracy - Monitor the customer order through its full life cycle - Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Enter detailed information into company proprietary software while conversing via telephone - Place outbound phone calls to customers, confirming/obtaining missing information - Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data related to customer orders - Collaborate with various internal TerraPower teams regarding next steps and/or following escalation protocol Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field and 10 years’ experience in a customer-facing role; MBA or PhD preferred - Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing existing supply contracts, and assisting with negotiation of new contracts in radiopharmaceutical or healthcare industry - Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to run reports and analyze for accuracy - Strong written and oral communication with exceptional customer service skills - Ability to be an independent worker and self-directed - Ability to sit for long periods of time in an open setting - Ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent assignments and work with a sense of urgency - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Detail oriented - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect and a desire to foster teamwork Requirements - Motor Abilities: Sitting for extended periods, bending/stooping, grasping/gripping, fine motor control (hands) - Physical exertion and/or requirements: Minimal, with ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds - Repetitive work: Prolonged - Special Senses: Visual and audio focused work - Work Conditions: Stairs, typing/keyboard, standard and/or sitting working environment of >8 hours/day - Travel required: 0-25% Benefits - Competitive Compensation - Salary, eligible to participate in discretionary short-term incentive payments - Comprehensive Medical and Wellness Benefits - Medical - Vision - Dental - Life and Disability - Gender Affirmation Benefits - Parental Leave - 401k Plan - Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): 21 days of annually accrued PTO - Generous Holiday Schedule: 10 paid holidays - Relocation Assistance - Professional and Educational Support Opportunities
