Renewal Representative – EMEA
Sophos
• Own and manage a renewal book of business for assigned accounts. • Engage customers proactively 90–120 days before contract expiration. • Drive high renewal rates and achieve quarterly/annual retention targets. • Execute pricing negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial conversations. • Identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives. • Maintain accurate pipeline, renewal forecasts, and customer activity in CRM tools such as Salesforce. • Partner with Customer Success Managers to address adoption risks and customer concerns. • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams for contract execution. • Develop account renewal strategies for at-risk customers. • Ensure accurate quoting, invoicing, and renewal documentation. • Analyze churn drivers and recommend retention strategies. • Maintain strong executive-level customer relationships.
Job Requirements
- 4 years of experience in Renewal Sales in EMEA territory
- Strong experience managing recurring revenue or subscription-based business.
- Proven track record of meeting renewal/retention quotas by upsell/cross-sell
- Experience with SaaS contracts, pricing, and subscription models.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.

• Lead the overall field support efforts for Brooks at both Specialty Running Accounts (SRA) and Non-Specialty accounts • Support the Sales and Marketing teams with product launches, in-store merchandising • Work with Sales management and Marketing on the success of National Account sell-thru programs • Educate and motivate the retailer, consumer, and all key points of contact about Brooks technology and product leadership • Be the eyes and ears of the brand and communicate brand positioning and competitors • Provide feedback and analysis via ForceManager (our CRM tool) • Represent Brooks at running events and expos
• Observes and reports on the construction of municipal water and wastewater projects which may involve horizontal construction, new treatment plant construction and/or rehabilitation construction. • Monitors and reports the contractor's adherence to standards, specifications, and design drawings and permits. • Reviews contract documents, submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation and provide comments, coordinate review, and record as necessary • Observes construction activities ensuring compliance with the contract and site procedures, tracks activities to review payments, prepares progress reports • Monitors that construction complies with approved current standards and specifications • Observes and photographs construction work in progress • Notes and reports improprieties and deficiencies • Maintains field log of daily events • Tracks and quantifies items of construction daily • Monitors project schedule • Coordinates and schedules subconsultants as needed • Communicates proactively and consistently with all involved parties • Formulates written progress reports • Observes and records material and equipment tests and equipment startup • Reviews and provides recommendations for submittals, pay estimates for contractors, proposed change orders, and documentation for funding and regulatory agencies.
