Role Description En tant que Directeur/Directrice Produit RDV Service Public, vous veillez à la mise en oeuvre de la feuille de route de la DINUM dans le contexte d'amélioration de la relation usagers agents et de la simplification des parcours. A ce titre, vous définissez et mettez en oeuvre la stratégie et le cycle de vie du produit en assurant l'animation des équipes ainsi que le suivi des partenariats. Vous veillez également à renforcer les interopérabilités avec les autres produits de l'OPI notamment Démarche Numérique et LaSuite. - Stratégie et Vision Produit - Élaborer et communiquer une vision claire et ambitieuse pour RDV Service Public, en cohérence avec les objectifs de la DINUM et les attentes des utilisateurs. - Définir la feuille de route produit à moyen et long terme, en identifiant les priorités et les opportunités d’innovation. - Veiller à l’alignement stratégique avec les autres services du Pôle Relation Usagers-Agents et les partenaires institutionnels. - Gestion du Cycle de Vie du Produit - Superviser l’ensemble du cycle de vie du produit, de la conception à la mise en production, en passant par les tests et l’amélioration continue. - Piloter les évolutions fonctionnelles et techniques, en s’appuyant sur les retours utilisateurs, les données d’usage et les bonnes pratiques du secteur. - Garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la conformité du service, notamment en matière d’accessibilité et de protection des données. - Leadership et Animation d’Équipe - Diriger une équipe pluridisciplinaire (chefs de produit, designers UX/UI, développeurs, data analysts, etc.) et favoriser une culture de collaboration, d’agilité et d’innovation. - Animer des ateliers de co-construction avec les utilisateurs finaux (usagers, agents, administrations) pour recueillir leurs besoins et prioriser les évolutions. - Promouvoir une démarche centrée utilisateur et une approche data-driven pour la prise de décision. - Relation avec les Parties Prenantes - Collaborer étroitement avec les ministères, collectivités territoriales, opérateurs publics et partenaires privés pour comprendre leurs enjeux et intégrer leurs besoins dans la feuille de route. - Assurer un dialogue constant avec les utilisateurs finaux, en lien avec les équipes support et les réseaux métiers. - Représenter la DINUM dans les instances de gouvernance, les événements sectoriels et les groupes de travail interministériels. - Performance et Amélioration Continue - Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance pour mesurer l’impact du service (taux d’adoption, satisfaction usagers, efficacité opérationnelle, etc.) en adéquation avec la méthode produit et donc en mode agile. - Identifier les axes d’amélioration et proposer des solutions innovantes pour renforcer l’efficacité et l’expérience utilisateur. - Contribuer à la transformation de la relation usagers-agents en proposant des fonctionnalités adaptées aux enjeux de modernisation de l’accueil public. Qualifications - Expérience confirmée en gestion de produits numériques, idéalement dans le secteur public ou sur des services à fort impact sociétal. - Expérience en management d’équipes pluridisciplinaires et en coordination de parties prenantes variées (utilisateurs, partenaires, prestataires). - Connaissance des enjeux de la relation usagers-agents et des services publics numériques (un atout). Requirements - Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de produit (Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.). - Solide compréhension des enjeux technologiques (API, interopérabilité, sécurité, accessibilité, etc.). - Capacité à analyser des données et à piloter des décisions basées sur des indicateurs de performance. Role Description Lunit is seeking a Director of Clinical Deployment & Growth to lead the end-to-end activation of our AI-powered pathology solutions in clinical practice. This role owns the full lifecycle from initial customer engagement and relationship management through live clinical deployment, workflow integration, adoption, and expansion. Success is defined by sites successfully going live, integrating into workflow, and scaling usage. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role combining clinical solution selling, deployment leadership, and account expansion. This role is key to scaling the actual clinical use of AI-supported pathology, to meet the growing demand from laboratories for AI integration, and to scale the real-world deployment of AI biomarkers built together with Lunit’s biopharma partners.
