• Manage inbound contacts across phone, email and social, resolving queries efficiently and with care. • Handle general questions, missing orders, prescription concerns, or more complex issues requiring collaboration across teams. • Own and see through all inquiries received. • Gradually take on additional responsibilities as part of the role.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent or native German is essential.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Thoughtful when dealing with vulnerable customers.
  • Confident using digital platforms.
  • Experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system is helpful.
  • Organised, empathetic, and genuinely motivated to deliver a great experience for every customer you speak to.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
