Trucordia
• Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Utilizes Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities such as cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business. • Acts as subject matter expert to master chosen area of focus for highest probability of long-term success. • Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates. • Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts. • Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform.
Job Requirements
- State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License
- 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study
- 2-5 years in an insurance sales role
- Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
- Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.

Qualifications - 8+ years producing events, with hands-on experience overseeing and producing core event logistics: catering, meeting space, housing, AV production, fabrication, and more. - Experience leading and mentoring producers and coordinators on projects. - A strong creative instinct and the ability to develop concepts and push ideas forward. - 8+ years of client-facing experience, with the ability to advise, consult, manage budgets, and resolve conflict while protecting the client relationship. - Comfort presenting and pitching, both to clients and in new business settings. - Fluency in event industry norms across venue contracting, production, and vendor management. - Budget management experience with direct financial responsibility, ownership, and accountability to others, at or above $3 million+. - Expert judgment and the ability to make sound decisions in gray areas. - The ability to run multiple projects at once without sacrificing accuracy or quality. - Strong communication across every level: employees, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. - Strong tech skills, especially Google Workspace and Slack.
