Title: Software Application Consultant Location: Hilversum North Holland NL Hybrid Job Description: For our international service team, we are looking for a customer-oriented consultant to join our Hilversum office. We’re looking for someone who can help us deliver outstanding service to our customers. In this role, you’ll support clients with configuration tasks, analyze their queries related to Klopotek applications, assist with implementing new software applications or features, and collaborate with our development and operations teams to resolve issues. We value team players who thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with customers. You’re passionate about helping customers succeed and building strong relationships. You’re eager to dive deep into our products and you like learning new technologies. You are able to explain complex ideas in simple, clear language. Strong communication skills are a must, as are a positive and constructive attitude. You’ll join our team in Hilversum; part of a global organization with headquarters in Berlin. This position is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at our Hilversum office or at a customer location for two days a week. It offers an excellent launchpad for career growth, with opportunities to advance into project management, account management, or to become a software specialist. The Loss Mitigation Underwriter II will be responsible for underwriting loss mitigation applications in accordance with Treasury, Company and Investor guidelines while following company’s policies and procedures under general supervision. Makes sound underwriting decisions and ensures that all decisions meet legal and policy requirements. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The Loss Mitigation Underwriter II level is the Intermediate level role in the job family and generally handles the moderately complex underwriting files while gaining additional knowledge and experience on the more complex files. The target pay range for this position is $25.00-$27.00 per hour. . What you'll do: - Perform a thorough analysis to ensure the quality of each loan and to determine compliance with Treasury, Company and Investor guidelines. - Conduct Verification of Income (VOI). - Calculate customer’s front and back-end debt to income ratio. - Verify occupancy, hardship and income. - Apply payment waterfall to determine workout eligibility (repurchase plans, forbearances, modifications or liquidation options). - If applicable, identify the type(s) and amounts of liquid assets the borrower holds. - Determine and communicate needed conditions to properly document the file (reason for default letter, updated pay stubs, bankruptcy papers, etc.). - Complete system tasks as required to maintain compliance with Treasury, Company and Investor guidelines. - Document final decision and update system of record. - Perform other duties as assigned.
