How you will achieve success: - Supporting items going live by determining assortment eligibility, building proposals and following-up with Channels throughout the item-launch process. - Drive continuous optimization of item liveliness by tracking statuses of approved and live items on DSV Channels. - Partners with Channel Managers to understand and support channel-specific requirements, aspirations, and restrictions. - Finds solutions to increase productivity and improve workflow to eliminate backlog and stay up to date with incoming items. - Supports New Channel launches through categorizing, enriching, and uploading item needs. Update standardized daily/weekly/monthly reports What experiences will help you in this role: Required: - Customer Service, Project Management, Account Management, Agency, or similar experience with proven track record of good decision making. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Comfortable with organizing data and operating within marketplace portals. - High standards to achieve goals while maintaining high quality of work. - Excellent communication, English language, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Good time management, and ability to adapt to changes. Ability to learn new programs/software and willingness to build new skills. Ability to perform job function from a smart phone and from desktop computer.
