• Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs • Analyze, design, and write specs and requirements from which we develop and code programs • Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist project manager in assigning tasks and work closely with a team • Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements, and resolve issues that arise • Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews • Participate as a member of a development team and lead a small sub-team of developers as needed • Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members

• Develop and evolve backend services in C# / .NET Core / .NET 8+ with a focus on performance, scalability and maintainability. • Design and implement solutions using modern architectures, including Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS and microservices. • Build secure, high-performance APIs with edge governance via Google Apigee. • Participate in the design and implementation of event-driven architectures, using Google Cloud Pub/Sub for service integration. • Ensure security best practices, including authentication, authorization, protection against OWASP vulnerabilities, and correct use of encryption and secrets management. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, with test automation, static analysis and DevSecOps practices. • Create and maintain containers using Docker and work with orchestration on Kubernetes. • Monitor and enhance application observability with Dynatrace, analyzing metrics, logs and traces and resolving incidents. • Support technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring and dissemination of engineering best practices. • Participate in technical discussions with product, architecture, infrastructure, security and other partner teams. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform by identifying technical debt, bottlenecks and opportunities for evolution.
