Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience building AI-powered products or data-compounding systems
  • Skilled in discovery, user research, and engaging with Sales
  • Strong grasp of agile product development and running high-velocity teams
  • Proven ability to define leading indicators, run experiments, and iterate based on measurable results
  • Data-driven mindset: you define success, track it, and act on what you learn
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across disciplines
  • Proven ability to make and defend high-stakes decisions independently
  • Ability to make high-quality decisions under uncertainty using hypothesis-driven thinking and explicit trade-offs
