Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience building AI-powered products or data-compounding systems
- Skilled in discovery, user research, and engaging with Sales
- Strong grasp of agile product development and running high-velocity teams
- Proven ability to define leading indicators, run experiments, and iterate based on measurable results
- Data-driven mindset: you define success, track it, and act on what you learn
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across disciplines
- Proven ability to make and defend high-stakes decisions independently
- Ability to make high-quality decisions under uncertainty using hypothesis-driven thinking and explicit trade-offs
