Role Description As a UI Developer (.NET C#/Oracle) at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Here are the details on this position: - Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs. - Analyze, design, and write specs and requirements from which we develop and code programs. - Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist project manager in assigning tasks and work closely with a team. - Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements, and resolve issues that arise. - Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews. - Participate as a member of a development team and lead a small sub-team of developers as needed. - Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members. Qualifications - Over six (6) years of experience in application and user interface development, programming with .NET, C#, and Oracle. - More than six (6) years of expertise in application development and support, covering all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. - Proficient in: - SQL / PLSQL - HTML - JavaScript - jQuery - Web Service Development - Previous experience with interChange MMIS is highly preferred. Requirements - Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the 48-contiguous United States. - Would require working during the central time zone. - Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%). - Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required. - Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation. - The deadline to submit applications for this posting is June 17, 2026.
