• Manage territory to achieve ECJV business objectives • Establish positive customer relationships to ensure profitable market share of ECJV products • Provide product support, sales support, service support and applications training to ECJV customers • Implement action plans to reach market share goals • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships • Resolve customer product complaints in a timely fashion • Evaluate incentive requirements • Effectively manage the introduction of new products • Train customer personnel on ECJV products • Manage customer support policy to meet region guidelines • Manage territory expense budget as established by region manager • Assure reliability of CIS
