• Own the multi-year technical strategy and architecture for financial data pipelines • Drive the design and delivery of new backend services in Golang • Lead high-stakes initiatives to improve the accuracy, timeliness, and auditability of financial data • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, and other Platform teams • Shape the team's technical culture by mentoring senior engineers
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of backend software development experience
- Led platform-building efforts within financial or transactional domains
- Deep expertise in Go (or similar backend languages)
- Track record of setting technical direction across teams
- Proven ability to translate complex financial, accounting, or compliance requirements
