Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer who thrives in a product-focused environment and takes ownership of the complete development lifecycle. This role involves building and scaling modern web applications, backend services, and AI-powered features while working closely with product and leadership teams. You will contribute across the entire technology stack, from designing responsive user interfaces to developing scalable backend systems and integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-impact products, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and can independently drive projects from concept to production. - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems. - Build modern, responsive user experiences using React and related frontend technologies. - Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic using Java, Node.js, or Python. - Contribute to AI-powered features, including Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and intelligent agent-based systems. - Participate in architecture discussions and make key technical decisions to ensure scalability, security, and performance. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while following engineering best practices. - Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features. - Review code, provide technical guidance, and contribute to maintaining high development standards. - Build and manage cloud-native applications using modern infrastructure and deployment practices. - Optimize system performance, reliability, and user experience through continuous improvements. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation processes, and deployment strategies. - Mentor team members and actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, preferably within product-based or startup environments. - Strong expertise in React.js, including hooks, state management, and responsive UI development. - Proficiency in backend development using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, or Python (FastAPI). - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and working with modern Git workflows. - Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, including LLM APIs, LangChain, vector databases, and AI-driven application development. - Strong knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. - Solid understanding of software architecture, system design principles, and scalable application development. - Ability to independently own projects and deliver end-to-end solutions. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional environments. - Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and building impactful products with modern engineering practices.
