Job Description The Junior Data Associate will support the collection, validation, analysis, and publication of CSAF members’ lending data, helping ensure CSAF’s data analysis, and public dashboards are accurate, well-documented, and useful to CSAF members and practitioners, partners, and other stakeholders. This role will report to the CSAF Data & Learning Manager and provide additional support to the CSAF Director. Key Responsibilities [A] Data collection, review & analysis Collect and consolidate member-submitted annual data based on pre-established templates and norms. Validate data submissions for completeness, consistency and accuracy. Maintain clean, analysis-ready master datasets with clear versioning and documentation. Clean and standardize fields for analysis (edates, geographies, categories, currency/units where relevant) Support drafting the analysis outputs to support CSAF publications, presentations, and learning products Assist in preparing analysis for CSAF publications, presentations, and learning materials. Support updates to the internal data analysis and CSAF Open Data Portal. Provide quality assurance on  dashboard outputs by reconciling aggregates vs source tables before publishing. Act as a thought partner on new insight generation, potential analysis, and the presentation of data and insights to external stakeholders. [B] Member coordination & planning Work with CSAF members to resolve data questions and improve submission quality. Maintain submission guidance, templates, and definitions to streamline reporting. Keep the work plan and activity progress consistently updated. Coordinate informational technical sessions with CSAF members, partners, and external experts. Support with logistics planning or the annual in-person Convening in Europe. Qualifications

• Partner closely with the Revenue Cycle Management team to translate operational and collections data into financial projections • Ensure KPI dashboards align with company targets • Model new pricing structures and payer arrangements • Build, maintain, and continuously refine sophisticated financial models to support profitability-focused strategic and operational decision-making • Conduct scenario analyses to inform trade-offs between growth, margin, and capital efficiency • Translate complex financial analyses into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership • Partner with leadership on annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning with a focus on cash flow, margin expansion, and operating leverage • Analyze unit economics by state, payer, and service line to prioritize high-margin, sustainable growth • Develop financial dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into business performance, runway, and path to profitability • Support board and investor discussions with clear financial narratives centered on capital efficiency, sustainable margins, and long-term value creation • Provide oversight of the Controller, accounting operations, and overall financial governance • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing finance team • Set clear goals and performance metrics; provide ongoing coaching and professional development for your team members • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration • Scale team structure and capabilities in alignment with company growth and financial priorities • Partner with external vendors and consultants as needed to supplement internal expertise • Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to evaluate the financial viability of new services and growth opportunities • Build strong relationships with board members through communication, presentations, and financial modeling for fundraising • Engage with industry associations and peer networks to stay informed on best practices in healthcare finance

• Support and help shape the execution of data management and governance initiatives across multiple business functions and projects. • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand current data landscapes, challenges, and needs. • Capture outcomes from stakeholder meetings and translate them into clear action plans and governance deliverables. • Identify and prioritize high‑impact, low‑complexity opportunities to deliver immediate value and demonstrate tangible benefits of data governance. • Contribute to the enrichment and maintenance of the enterprise data catalog (definitions, ownership, metadata). • Assist with defining, implementing, and monitoring data quality rules in collaboration with Data Quality and Engineering teams. • Support data lineage and metadata documentation efforts. • Help coordinate data governance activities across domains, ensuring follow‑through and execution. • Document governance processes, decisions, definitions, and artifacts clearly and consistently. • Participate in business‑facing sessions and working meetings, serving as a bridge between business and data teams. • Support regulatory and audit‑related data governance requirements through proper documentation and controls.

Explore the BDC Way in our Culture Book POSITION OVERVIEW The Director, Corporate Financing contributes to the growth of BDC Corporate Financing portfolio by sourcing, developing and recommending high quality transactions in accordance with BDC credit policies and risk parameters. The incumbent also acts as a “trusted advisor” to entrepreneurs while delivering outstanding customer relationship. They also identify business sectors with significant growth potential and is innovative and creative in structuring opportunities for the entrepreneur to serve their financial or consulting needs. The incumbent develops and manages account and influencer relationships in order to grow BDC Corporate Financing assets and ensures an excellent risk/return ratio, according to the BDC profitability objectives. CHALLENGES TO BE MET Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for Corporate Financing and Consulting. Develop and implement a customer relationship retention/growing strategy to build a long-term profitable loan portfolio with existing and new clients while providing a high level of customer service. Develop and execute an individual marketing plan ensuring alignment with the Corporate Financing strategy and portfolio objectives while meeting financial objectives related to the forecasted loss rate, profitability, revenue growth and retention of clients. Conduct proper investigation and due diligence activities on all proposals Pre-qualify, structure and present to the Corporate Financing Underwriting Group proposals in accordance with BDC policies and procedures, including all appropriate analyses, documentation and excellent risk/return ratio. Act as “trusted advisor” to Corporate Financing customers while delivering outstanding customer service in order to maintain on-going relationships and repeat business with clients. Plan and conduct activities that promote BDC financial and consulting services, especially its capacity to handle major loans, and assist business centre management in coordinating business development activities in the regions. Build ongoing and sustainable relationships with associations, influencers, financial institutions and others to help BDC achieve its Corporate Financing objectives. Keep abreast of the general issues affecting the Corporate Financing business community, including market conditions, industry practices and financial results for existing and potential clients. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor in Commerce or Finance or Business Administration with a major in accounting Post Graduate degree in Business and/or CFA designation and/or relevant professional designation an asset 7-10 years of relevant experience Demonstrated strength in business development and client relationship skills Analytical business sense and strategic thinking Ability to sell financial services to demanding and sophisticated clients Ability to identify business opportunities for entrepreneurs who will benefit from the unique range of BDC services (financing and consulting) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Highly organized and proactive Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Bilingualism in English and French is required.
