Senior IT Project Manager – Data, Migration

Fusion Consulting

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data integration and migration projects. • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. • Coordinate business, IT, data, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution. • Drive data migration planning, testing, validation, and cutover activities. • Ensure compliance with CSV (Computer System Validation) and regulatory requirements. • Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and executive status reporting. • Identify and resolve delivery risks and project roadblocks proactively. • Support data quality, governance, and operational readiness activities.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager delivering Data Integration and Data Migration projects.
  • Strong understanding of data management, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Experience working in the regulated pharmaceutical environments.
  • Solid knowledge of CSV/CSA methodologies and validation requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Delivery-focused mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional and vendor teams.
  • Excellent risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
