Summary TIMP: This position will provide guidance to company personnel concerning transmission pipeline safety compliance standards, support implementation of the company’s Transmission Integrity Management Program, complete DOT annual reports and other records for compliance and auditing. This position also supports completion of upgrade and maintenance programs for high pressure and transmission pipelines throughout the company. Duties and Responsibilities • Implement, monitor, and update the integrity management programs for pipelines and facilities (transmission and high pressure pipelines and HVL) • Complete risk assessments and risk modeling analysis for pipelines and facilities (transmission, high pressure and HVL) • Ensure transmission and HVL pipeline safety compliance • Prepare state and federally required reports and documentation for transmission and HVL (annual reports, incident/accident reports, safety related condition reports, etc.) • Monitor incident report emails • Assist in coordination of PHMSA and PSC inspections, company internal audits, and other similar reviews as necessary • Support the applicable infrastructure upgrade, replacement, and maintenance programs through prioritization modeling and recommendations for transmission system and high pressure pipeline upgrades (pigging, valving and other enhancements) • Complete class location reviews, HCA/MCA reviews, and MAOP verification reviews, and similar integrity reviews as needed • Complete pipeline and facility system record reviews to confirm reliable, verifiable, and complete record information • Support the integrity corrosion control programs • Support operational plan and procedure updates and reviews as needed • Update National Pipeline Management (NPMS) • Provide support to the Safety Management Systems (SMS) implementation along with the associated programs and initiatives • Learns Spire systems including, Synergi, Maximo, Oracle, ESRI ArcGI • Schedules and prioritize projects that are going to construction or have a higher priority due to the Company’s requirements • Ensures the use of the Company’s standards and applicable State and Federal codes and regulations for all design work Ensures that all work is performed in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner to maximize system integrity, reliability, and value to customers • All other duties as assigned by Manager. Role Description As the Medicare Compliance Officer (MCO) for Mercy Care Plan, managed by Aetna, a CVS Company, you will be the cornerstone of our Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Part D compliance efforts.
