Role Description Join our Evo Car Share team as a Remote Member Service Agent and play a key role in supporting our members overnight. This overnight position operates Tuesday through Saturday, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. - Deliver amazing and long-lasting Member experiences. - Act as an Evo ambassador and showcase commitment to supporting BC’s most valued car sharing service. Qualifications - At least six months of a post-secondary certificate in Business Administration or related field, and/or a combination of education and experience. - At least two years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting. - Sharp technical skills with willingness to learn new platforms (i.e. PowerBI, Verint, Service Now, Amazon Connect & Workplace, Google Maps, and EVO Car Sharing Software). - Bonus skills: Rapid-fire typing skills (40 wpm). Requirements - Team members will work remotely as part of a virtual 24/7 call centre and participate in a shift bid process. - The shift bid process is seniority based (Length of Service / Hire Date), and shift work. - Team Members will select two six-month schedules (Jan – June & July – Dec). - New external employees will be assigned shifts that support individual gaps in scheduling. - Availability on statutory holidays, weekdays, and weekends may be required. - Must successfully pass a background check, which may include criminal, identification, and reference checks.
