Role Description Moodro is seeking a strong junior to mid-level legal specialist to support its international legal function. The role will focus on commercial legal support for business development, partner due diligence, contract coordination, corporate documentation, and legal research across the U.S. and EU markets. The position is well suited for a sales-oriented lawyer with fluent English, strong drafting and coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with business development, procurement, finance, and management teams. The position is expecting a person acting as a coordination point for routine legal requests and ensuring timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with defence, security, dual-use, aerospace, government contracting, or regulated technology sectors will be a significant advantage.
