The Job Sauce
• Own and evolve the buyer journey across search, browse, and purchase experiences • Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver product improvements • Build and execute a product roadmap aligned with RB Global growth objectives • Leverage AI/ML to enhance search, recommendations, personalization, and merchandising • Monitor product performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, experimentation platforms) • Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlogs • Identify and prioritize opportunities that improve engagement and conversion • Ensure high product quality by staying deeply involved in delivery and releases • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders • Balance scope, priority, technical risk, and business impact across initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Product Management or Product Development experience
- Experience owning customer-facing digital products (marketplace, eCommerce, or SaaS)
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
