Provider Enrollment Specialist

Role Description Join a leading mental health organization as a Provider Enrollment Specialist. This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll play a key role in ensuring providers are successfully credentialed and enrolled with insurance payers, supporting access to care. - Prepare and submit provider enrollment and re-enrollment applications for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans - Maintain accurate provider data in internal systems and payer portals - Track application progress and proactively follow up with payers - Collaborate with providers and internal credentialing teams to gather documentation and resolve discrepancies - Monitor re-credentialing and revalidation timelines to ensure uninterrupted payer participation - Respond to provider and internal inquiries regarding enrollment status - Support audits and reporting related to provider enrollment activities Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required - 1–2 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare administration - Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes - Familiarity with CAQH is required - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Requirements - Fully remote work environment - Shift options: - 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST - 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST Benefits - Medical, dental & vision - Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital - 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available - Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) - Short and long-term disability - Health Spending Account (HSA) - Transportation benefits - Employee Assistance Program - Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Application Deadline This position is anticipated to close on Jun 12, 2026.
