Job Description

Credit Card Product Manager

Gesa Credit Union

• Serve as the Card’s Product Owner and strategic thought leader of the credit union’s credit card program. • Maintain awareness of card products and services in the market. • Support the implementation of new products, service, or enhancements to existing offerings. • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop performance models for Gesa’s credit card programs. • Analyze credit card portfolio risk including changes in credit quality, overall credit risk, and risk of fraud-related loss. • Prepare performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and strategic progress.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance strongly preferred.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Credit card portfolio management experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years product ownership/product management experience.
  • Experienced in creating and formatting documents in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
