Role Description At Hayden, Senior Case Team Leads are responsible for managing projects, designing analytical workplans, and coaching our junior team. Throughout your tenure, you will be focused on mastering project oversight and moving into team leadership. Successful Sr. CTLs lead their teammates to design and execute against complex analysis plans, while managing the strategic alignment of a project. They manage internal project scope, resources, and potential risk to successfully address their client’s needs and support the project’s objectives. While we focus on the life sciences industry, you will learn business & strategy foundations that can be applied broadly throughout your career. Daily & Monthly Responsibilities - Data Analysis & Research Mastery - Lead team members to design & execute complex analyses - Share technical knowledge, expertise, and best practices with others - Support the team’s creative process and encourage brainstorming to refine analyses & insights - Generating Insights & Storytelling - Strategically organize analysis and data into concise and impactful solutions - Exemplify strong business judgement & discernment - Product Content & Delivery - Establish the vision and guide junior team members in the creation of content & deliverables - Own client deliverables from start to finish, and manage the delivery of the work with limited guidance - Project Management - Lead concurrent workstreams with limited guidance - Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments - People Management - Support the development of 1-5 junior team members - Monitor performance, provide timely & specific feedback, identify individuals’ needs, and provide coaching & training Qualifications - A problem-solver who breaks down problems into achievable workplans - An analytical thinker who anticipates future business trends and translates strategic insights into actionable business plans - An innovator who pushes their teams to test conventional thinking and introduces new and creative ways to look at a problem - A navigator of uncertainty who remains adaptable, curious, and open to learning - A coach who supports junior team members to gain the skills needed to succeed and advance at Hayden - A focused listener who leverages tools, best practices, skill mastery, and consulting fundamentals to better understand their client’s needs Requirements - 4-5 years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or other relevant areas within the life sciences - Excellent problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication and quantitative skills, and a team contributor - Good project management, time management, and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional literacy in Excel and PowerPoint - Understand analytics, analytical approaches, and how to interpret and enhance data analytics created by junior staff - A willingness or ability to travel as needed (15-20% on average) Benefits - Your expected annual compensation for this level for base and bonus is between $176,000 and $187,000. - In addition to your base salary and annual bonus, employer 401k match, and significant performance incentive awards which occur at time of promotion. - Hayden considers many factors in our compensation decisions which include but are not limited to the following: individual skills set/job performance, organization and industry demand, individual experience level and training, and geographic location. Key Responsibilities - Application Administration & Support - ServiceTitan: basic troubleshooting, user provisioning, permissions, MFA/SSO, integrations coordination, scheduled reports. - Microsoft 365/Entra ID: identity/access (MFA, Conditional Access), Exchange/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive support, license management. - Intune/Autopilot & Defender: device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, patching/AV health, and reporting. - IBM MaaS360: mobile device enrollment, profiles, app protection, compliance monitoring, and issue remediation. - Assist with other corporate systems (e.g., ADP, Sage Intacct, Beekeeper) in partnership with functional owners. - Network & Infrastructure - Maintain reliable site networks: Wi-Fi, switching, firewalls, VPN; assist with ISP coordination and circuit cutovers. - Implement and validate VLANs, SSIDs, guest networks, and basic QoS to ensure strong performance for voice and field apps. - Support conference room AV and connectivity; troubleshoot VoIP/telephony escalations in coordination with vendors. - Security, Compliance & Reliability - Enforce security baselines across endpoints and apps (MFA, device encryption, conditional access, email security). - Monitor endpoint posture (Defender/Intune/MaaS360) and remediate non-compliance; contribute to incident response procedures. - Support deployment and health of EDR/monitoring agents (e.g., Huntress) and participate in alert triage. - Perform backups/restore testing for critical systems as assigned; document recovery steps. - Projects & Continuous Improvement - Assist with brand migrations/onboarding (Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation, ServiceTitan standardization, telecom cutovers). - Create and maintain SOPs, build/runbooks, and KB articles; drive repeatability and standardization across brands. - Track support metrics (first response time, resolution time, ticket volume) and recommend improvements. Qualifications - Experience in an IT support/administrator role. - Strong troubleshooting across Windows/macOS, browsers, networking (TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS), and common peripherals. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365/Entra ID and Intune/Autopilot; comfort with PowerShell is a plus. - Experience with mobile device management (IBM MaaS360 or similar) and endpoint security/AV. - Familiarity with modern Wi-Fi and firewall platforms (Unifi/Fortinet/Meraki or similar). - Customer-first communicator able to translate technical issues for non-technical users; excellent documentation habits. - Nice-to-have: ServiceTitan administration/support experience; exposure to Sage Intacct, ADP, and Beekeeper. Requirements - Primary support for corporate and brand employees; occasional after-hours maintenance or incident response. - Travel to brand locations as needed for go-lives or major incidents (estimate 10–25%).
