Job Description

Performance Marketing Specialist

Online Marketing United

• You develop, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns — primarily Google Ads and Meta Ads. • You think beyond individual campaigns: audiences, funnels, user journeys, conversion optimization and clear recommendations for our clients. • You proactively manage clients, develop smart solutions and keep their goals in focus — transparently, thoughtfully and responsibly. • You work closely with our web and content team to create strong landing pages and efficient conversion flows. • Together with our tech team, you set up clean tracking configurations (GA4, GTM, Pixel, Events, Custom Conversions). • You contribute your own ideas, test new approaches and help further develop our internal standards.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing — ideally in an agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of campaign logic, performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Confident use of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Structured, independent working style and enthusiasm for managing projects holistically.
  • Enjoyment of responsibility, openness to feedback and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics.
  • Nice to have: experience with Tripadvisor Ads, expertise in conversion optimization and landing page structures, experience with Microsoft Teams and awork, basic knowledge of WordPress or Canva is welcome but not required, experience in the hotel or tourism sector is advantageous — but absolutely not mandatory.

Benefits

  • 100% Remote & flexibility: Work from anywhere — with a clear structure and a genuine culture of trust.
  • End-to-end project responsibility: You manage campaigns and clients truly — not just individual tasks.
  • A team that supports each other: interdisciplinary, appreciative, solution-oriented — without egos.
  • Fair compensation + bonuses: Transparent structures and realistic expectations.
  • Personal growth: Annual training budget, regular development reviews, open room for your ambitions.
  • Scope to shape: Your ideas matter. We are building an agency that grows sustainably — with people who want to contribute.
