Location: Paris (must be in the office 3-4 days per week with the possibility of working remotely the other days) What You’ll Do - At Singulier, the role of the Data Analytics & Insights Team is to help our clients get the most valuable insights from our data. - We work with our strategy consultants or directly with our clients, and manage all our data processing, from data gathering to data visualisation. - We are looking for a Senior Data Consultant to work on client projects to build and deliver the best analyses. Your missions - Manage data streams on client projects, acting as the main point of contact with clients, leading project scoping ensuring alignment with client needs - Develop and implement strategies to analyze market and customer data, identify key trends, and generate insights that drive informed business decisions. - Conduct advanced data analytics on client projects (e.g predictive scoring and segmentations, optimization models…) - Adopt and experiment with new AI analytical tools including AI-powered analytics platforms, with the objective of improving our productivity when analysing our clients’ data - Design and deploy AI agents to enhance our internal tools, automating tasks such as data quality checks, external data collection via APIs, data transformation, and insights visualization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital media experts, UX experts, and digital strategy consultants, to create and deliver integrated, comprehensive solutions. - Reporting and visualization: Oversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualisations that clearly and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, enhancing decision-making processes. - Serve as an internal expert on data analytics and customer insights across the organisation, providing guidance and support to other teams Our stack - We like to try new things out but most of our stack is of course built around: - Databricks (Python / Pyspark) - Google Cloud Platform - N8N for our AI agent workflows Requirements - You have 3-5 years of experience combining data analytics and client-facing consulting - You want to work on concrete data projects for clients in various types of industries - You have enough experience with Python, Spark, R or another analytical language to process data at scale. - Ideally, you have a first experience designing or deploying an AI agent, preferably with a focus on data analytics - You are not afraid to explore and learn new tools, languages, or anything that could be useful to you or the team - You have a structured mindset, great problem solving skills and analytical thinking - You have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - Ideally, you graduated from a top engineering Grand Ecole where you specialized in data science or computer science - Fluency in both French and English are mandatory for this position

• Act as a subject matter expert on-site, addressing customers’ technical, developmental, and strategic IT requirements • Lead efforts in problem identification, system architecture design, software specification, testing, and deployment • Recommend and implement open source solutions to solve complex business challenges • Continuously learn and apply new technologies to meet evolving customer needs • Effectively respond to incidents, escalations, and critical issues • Provide clear, actionable recommendations aligned with Red Hat's technologies

• Support customers in building enterprise technology infrastructures that are scalable, optimally managed, and adaptable to technological improvements using Red Hat technological solutions • Continuously learn, grow, and adapt to new skills and technologies • Travel frequently (20-30 weeks per year) to work alongside leading financial services, retail, telecommunications, and institutional customers.

Role Description Under broad direction, responsible for overseeing the following functional areas: - Technology - Major systems (e.g., process simulation, document management, payroll, etc.) Responsible for the development/acquisition, maintenance, and/or support of applications in that area. Influence the assignment of personnel to various activities and provide performance feedback. - Leads and participates in the preparation of all requirements/specifications, estimates, system designs, and completed systems. - Ensures that quality support is provided to customers and clients. - Often involves performing project setups, analyses, designs, etc., for/with customers. - Researches and makes recommendations on software technology direction. Prepare activity and progress reports for management and enforce compliance with administrative policies and procedures. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree in computer science (CS), management information systems (MIS), bachelor of arts (A), or Engineering. - 8 years of experience in Systems Development and/or Applications Support.
