Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Linux system administration and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or similar container platforms
- Strong background in enterprise cloud implementations and business impact assessments
- Experience with virtualization technologies in large-scale enterprise environments
- Familiarity with cloud management tools and platforms
- Proficient in automation technologies such as Red Hat Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Strong communication skills to convey value, progress, and project metrics to stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and planning abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25-50%

Role Description NEMS is seeking a hands-on Epic Bridges Consultant to support the daily operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of an established Epic Bridges and Mirth Connect integration environment. This is not an architecture or redesign role; the focus is on managing active interfaces, resolving integration issues, building and testing HL7 connections, and ensuring reliable data exchange across healthcare systems. The ideal candidate is a self-driven interface analyst who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and can independently manage assigned tasks from analysis through resolution.
