Job Requirements
- Completed vocational qualification in public administration (e.g., Verwaltungsfachangestellte) or a higher-level degree
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in the following areas: public financial management, administrative organization, and digital administration with a focus on AI and customer orientation
- Proof of pedagogical aptitude is desirable (e.g., teaching qualification)

Role Description This course focuses on 21st century approaches to education which includes diverse ways of knowing from diverse sources. Students in this course integrate community-based learning in Ontario schools with seminars to explore education today and in the future. As an online course, the content and syllabus has already been created for the course. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator with a strong focus on Jira Service Management (JSM) to support and enhance our IT service management (ITSM) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, and optimizing Jira Service Management to improve workflows, automation, and reporting for IT support and business teams.
