Role Description The Medical Laboratory Scientist I, Data Reviewer is a member of the Operations Department to review and analyze clinical test results. This individual collaborates with a team of CLS and laboratory personnel to maintain accurate records of test results and patient information and perform any troubleshooting as needed. Qualifications - 0-2 years experience as an ASCP-certified Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory environment with knowledge in molecular diagnostics. - A bachelor's, or higher, degree in medical technology or laboratory science OR a bachelor’s, or higher, degree in one of the chemical, physical, or biological sciences, and at least six months of acceptable supervised experience and/or relevant training. - Current MT/MDxT/CLS/MB certification from ASCP, AMT or AAB is required. - A copy of the degree is required upon time of hire. Degrees must be from the US or equivalent. Requirements - Review clinical test results of molecular genetic testing received from laboratories for accuracy and translate into LIMS. - Review and analyze raw data files in proper software and resolve routine issues. - Verify the proper specimen analyzed for patients and review the test requisition forms to verify the correct tests were performed. - Work within several laboratory information systems to review patient demographics and make corrections as needed. - Responsible for understanding most current applicable standard operating procedures. - Ensures compliance with all regulatory agency requirements through documentation, audits, and corrective action and follows GLP (good laboratory practice). - Comply with all company and department policies and procedures. This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job. - Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training, and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire. - Performs other duties as assigned. • Lead the design and implementation of next-gen media measurement and optimization capabilities, integrating marketing mix, long term brand equity measurement, in-flight measurement (e.g., lift studies, A/B testing), pre-market factors that affect media (e.g., creative testing) • Develop media-driven volume forecasting tools to integrate into McCormick’s demand forecasting platform • Drive and leverage external connections to find new and improved tools and approaches to bring into McCormick • Partner with vendors used for outsourced models, serving as lead consultant on technical methodology alignment integration with new capabilities • Develop training content that enables business partners to use marketing optimization capabilities more effectively

• Lead development of statistical and machine learning models to optimize performance • Design and execute A/B/n experiments for measurable improvements • Translate results into production-ready solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify use cases • Own the model lifecycle from ideation to performance monitoring • Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Contribute to data science practices and frameworks

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to analyze complex behavioral health datasets. • Implement and fine-tune AI/ML models to identify clinical trends and predictive patterns. • Partner closely with the clinical team to explore clinical hypotheses, running the data queries and statistical analyses needed to prove or disprove them. • Act as the technical voice on scientific papers, abstracts, and whitepapers. You will translate data methodologies, model architectures, and statistical findings into clear, publication-ready text. • Turn raw data into compelling visualizations and narratives that can be easily understood by both medical professionals and the broader public.
