Quelles seront vos responsabilités? - Engagement client: Aider les clients avec leurs besoins en matière d'assurance habitation et automobile. Répondre aux questions de couverture, offrir des conseils personnalisés et effectuer des modifications de police. - Suivi auprès des clients: Contacter de manière proactive les clients concernant le renouvellement de leurs polices afin de nous assurer que nous offrons en permanence une police qui répond le mieux à leurs besoins et à un prix compétitif. - Communication: Communiquer efficacement par téléphone, e-mail et SMS avec nos clients pour établir une relation de confiance. Offrir un service client exceptionnel. - Évaluation des performances: Surveiller les performances personnelles et atteindre les objectifs quotidiens/hebdomadaires/mensuels. - Documentation: Tenir des notes précises des interactions avec les clients et ajouter des activités de suivi dans notre système CRM. - Collaboration: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du service à la clientèle pour atteindre les objectifs de l'équipe. Participer à l'élaboration de stratégies pour accroître la fidélisation des clients et la satisfaction globale. - Formation continue: Rester à jour sur la connaissance des produits et les tendances du secteur. Participer à des séances de formation et à des activités de développement professionnel. - Développement de carrière: Évoluer vers un poste senior dans notre équipe d'assurance ou poste de chef d'équipe après vos 2 premières années chez nous.
