Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Strong experience working within design systems and component-based platforms
- Proven ability to mentor and influence designers without direct authority
