Role Description We're running a paid study on the day-to-day realities of managing company expenses and corporate credit cards. Understanding how employees navigate these purchasing workflows helps us identify common friction points in enterprise financial tools. Your feedback will directly influence the next generation of expense management experiences. You will complete a brief, unmoderated desktop session that takes approximately 15 minutes. During this time, you will: - Answer a series of questions about your current corporate purchasing habits and expense reporting workflows. - Complete a few simple tasks to demonstrate how you typically handle business transactions. The entire process is asynchronous and does not require a camera or microphone. Qualifications - Currently employed professional with a company-issued credit card. - Familiar with corporate expense policies and purchasing workflows. - Access to a desktop or laptop computer for the session. - Comfortable providing written feedback on financial processes. Requirements - Answer questions about your corporate purchasing habits and expense workflows. - Complete a few short tasks on your desktop computer. - Describe the typical process you use for submitting business expenses. - Share your candid opinions on current financial tools and pain points.
